The Gold and the Gospel
The Bible says faith is greater than gold (1 Peter 1:7) and that God’s unfailing love is priceless (Psalm 36:7). With that in mind, Bible Society Australia is celebrating the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games by giving away 20,000 copies of Priceless – The Gospel According to Luke.
It’s a quality 78 page booklet containing Luke’s Gospel along with testimonies from Australian athletes who’ll be competing at the Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast from 4-15 April, 2018.
Priceless – The Gospel According to Luke is available free to all churches and Christian organisations who are holding outreach events during the Games. All denominations are encouraged to share the booklet with those who may be interested or may have never received or read a Gospel.
To help distribute Priceless – The Gospel According to Luke, Bible Society Australia is teaming up with Beyond Gold, Gold Coast – a partnership between local churches and Christian sports organisations seeking to maximise the legacy of the Commonwealth Games.
Beyond Gold, Gold Coast is also staging two Easter United services on Sunday 1st April, from 4.30pm at the brand new city Amphitheatre.
