Church & community relations

2015 was a busy and productive year for the Donor Care and Church and Community Relations Team. The Church Relations team was responsible for delivering 422 church deputations throughout Australia.

There were a number of fundraising events held as well. Ten Hymnfest events took place around Australia in 2015. These events provided a wonderful time of praise and fellowship. The Perth Hymnfest packed out the St Georges Cathedral with more than 800 people in attendance and the event raised more than $4600. BSA would like to thank Ps Terry Johnson and the SDA Conference for their invaluable support towards our work.

In 2015 the focus project for the fundraising team was ‘Get the Word Out’ in South East Asia. This was supported by more than 300 individuals, churches and other groups around Australia. Thank you for helping us Get the Word Out!
